You will forfeit your deposit upon 1) cancellation, 2) rescheduling less than 24 hrs in advance, 3) no show/no call. If I have to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Please arrive with day 1 or 2 hair, styled in its natural state. DO NOT arrive with a bun, ponytail, twist out or any style that changes your natural curl pattern. Avoid styling your hair with products that are excessively oily or greasy.
