Hi there! Thanks for visiting our booking site. A 25% deposit is required for all bookings. A one-time reschedule is allowed per deposit. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule. You will forfeit your deposit upon 1) cancellation, 2) rescheduling less than 24 hrs in advance, 3) rescheduling more than once 4)no show/no call. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE. If I have to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit unless you prefer to reschedule. Please arrive with day 1 or 2 hair, styled in its natural state. DO NOT arrive with a bun, ponytail, twist out or any style that changes your natural curl pattern. Avoid styling your hair with products that are excessively oily or greasy.
